Search Terms
When a visitor types a name, county, state, or other lookup detail into a search box powered by a partner, that query is sent to the partner service that runs the tool. Chowan County Inmate Population does not store those search terms in its own record system.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to read it, respond, and handle any follow-up.
